Candied Nut Recipe

2 tsp veg. oil
1/3 cup sugar
3/4 tsp cayenne
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp allspice

Whisk in one large egg white

Mix in 2 cups pecan halves

Spread in single layer on baking sheet and bake at 300 degrees for 20-25 minutes, stirring occasionally.

As I mentioned earlier - I don' t think this spice combo is the best, so experiment !!! It's an easy recipe though to get that nice sugar coating.
