cups granulated sugar

oz. cream cheese

ounces butter

TBSP Vanilla (almond or lemon as options)
3 cups flour
Method
Beat room temperature cream cheese, butter and sugar together for 3 to 5 minutes.
Add room temperature eggs one at a time.
Add Vanilla and beat for 30 seconds.
Add flour slowly and mix well.
Spray your Bundt pan and fill with filling.
Place in a cold oven set to 300 degrees and bake for 1.5 hours.
When a toothpick comes out clean, the cake is done.
Turn out onto your serving plate and wait till cool to frost.
Serve with fresh fruit and whipped cream.
Can
be served with powdered sugar or any other glaze.
