Nanci's Lemon Lush

Crust:
1.5 Cups Flour
1.5 Cubes of butter (3/4 cup)
1 cup Chopped nuts (calls for walnuts but I have used pecans too)

Mix until fine - press into 9x13 pan.  Bake at 350 for 15 minutes.  Cool Completely.

Layers:

1) 8 oz Cream Cheese - 1 Cup powdered sugar - 1 Cup Cool Whip   Mix until smooth - spread over cooled crust
2) 2 pkg instant Lemon pudding - mix according to package (4 Cups of Milk) - Pour over cream cheese layer.
3) Chill and top with remaining Cool Whip - sprinkle with chopped nuts.

This was Nanci's Mom's recipe. I remember Jane making this for every Fourth of July over at the lake house. It was always fantastic!
