Ingredients
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- salt and pepper to taste (add other herbs and spices if desired)
- 6 big potatoes, peeled and cubed (enough to cover a 9 X 13 Pyrex dish)
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F .
- In a bag combine Parmesan cheese, flour, salt and pepper; mix well. Place potatoes in bag and shake to coat.
- Pour butter into a 9x13 inch baking dish. Dump in potatoes.
- Bake in preheated oven for 1 1/2 hours, stirring occasionally.
They are done when golden brown and soft inside.
